Petition signing locations
A petition drive lives or dies on where people can sign. Volunteers offered their markets, stores and tables through a short form; an organizer reviewed each one; approved locations went onto a public map embedded in the campaign’s own website, with hours and one-off events kept current.
The public map
6 approved locations, shown as signers saw them during the drive.
The volunteer form
The four-step form volunteers used to offer a location. Try it; nothing is sent.
Behind it, when it was live
- A review queue and map for organizers, with sign-in by emailed link.
- Captcha and a hidden spam trap on the public form.
- Volunteer names, emails and phone numbers kept private; only venue details were ever public.
- Both public pages embedded in the campaign’s Squarespace site, resizing to fit.
This copy is static. The organizer tools and database were retired after the drive. Built by Switchgrass Solutions.
